In response to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) SOx regulations, NYK has decided to introduce SPECIAL BAF. It will be collected from the ship leaving port after December 1,2019. The amount of SPECIAL BAF for each destination is as follows:
AFRICA (MOMBASA, DARES, DURBAN)-$4.50/ M3
EUROPEAN PORT: $4.0/M3
SOUTH AMERICA (IQUIQUE): $4.0/M3
CARIBBEAN PORTS: $3.55/M3
SOUTH PACIFIC (NBP): $3.00/M3
MIDDLE EAST ASIA (KARACHI, JEBEL ALI): $3.00/M3
BANGLADESH (CHITTAGONG & MONGLA): $3.00/M3
