LUM is a tender auction, but recently LUM cars are available for bidding in ARAI BAYSIDE auto auction. LUM cars started to be auctioned in usual way.
Cars are physically located in LUM yards and being auction by pictures via satellite. One should be careful about the bidding and transportation from those locations.

45001- 46000 - Saitama
46001-47000- Chiba
40001-41000- Osaka
41001-41500- Sendai
42001- 42500- Fukuoka
43001-44000- Okinawa
701-80- Shizuoka
